Paige's Blessing

 Paige was blessed on July 28th 2013 Daniel blessed her and he did a wonderful job. We had so much family around we feel so blessed to have all that support. My Aunt Sandi made Paiges beautiful dress we are so lucky she shared her talents with us. My cousin Kathrine made her bow and I love it. Paige was so pretty and did so good for her blessing. Paige also got to share this speciel day with Jacob. It was his farwell and he  gave an amazing talk. He is such a good example to all of us and he people in Ukraine are so lucky to get him for the next to years he will change so make lifes. It was a extra speciel blessing becasue all of Daniel's brothers got to be in the circle to bless Paige we are so blessed with all these worthy pristhood holders in our family.

22 months

 Britt is now 22 months and is getting closer and closer to 2 it's crazy how fast it has gone and how big he is getting. Some of Britt's favorite things are playing outside, getting dirty, swimming, riding horses and 4 wheelers, loves helping mom and dad. Britt loves sister and gives her hugs and kisses whenever mom will let him close enough, he also likes to hold her. Britt will lay down next to Paige and when she hits him he will laugh and laugh it's so cute, they are going to play so well together. Some favorite words Britt says is NO!! and that's the answer to everything we are working on yes he can shake his head yes. He says mom and dad he will take our finger to get what he wants if he cant get it or cant find something to climb on to get it. Britt says Go he wants to go everywhere with everyone. That's the first word I hear when he wakes up. SHOE'S is my favorite word he says he says it so cute and once the shoes go on he is ready to go and thinks everyone else should be too. He will also say hi or hello and likes to talk on the phone. Britt still jabbers also. These words are mixed in he is such a cute talker. Britt still sleeps and eats so good his favorite foods are fruit, chips, and chocolate milk he will even go to the fridge and get the chocolate out for chocolate milk, and he will put it away. Britt is such a good helper and I don't know what i would do without him. We love you so much Britt we are so glad your in our family, and keep us running and laughing, your so much fun and have such a cute personality.

Baxendale reunion 2013

       We had a Baxendale reunion this summer in the mountains it was good to get to see everyone and catch up. It's crazy most of us live in the same town but don't see each other much. The reunion was all weekend long but we only went up on Saturday because Paige was only two weeks old. She loved getting held the whole time and just was passed around she was in heaven. Britt also loved it he was dirty from head to toe by the time we left. The boys shot gun, shot the bows, and played corn hole, the girls talked and made cute duck tape rings. The weather was perfect and there wasn't many bugs which I was happy about. The kids liked going for rides on the rhino and 4 wheeler they would of done that all day. Everyone can't wait to do it again next year and I hope we can stay all weekend next year.

She Is Here!!

 Paige Asay was born on Friday July 5th at 9:48 a.m. she weights 7lbs 15oz and is 22in long her head was 14in. She is in the 50% in head and weight but 90% in height, we are going to have one tall girl. We are so happy to have this sweet little girl in our family even brother loves her and is very interested in every sound she makes and everything she is going. Paige was 2 days over due but worth the wait for sure. So far she is a really good sleeper and eater I am so lucky. We are enjoying every minute with her and so blessed she picked us to be her family. Paige you will be loved every day of your life by so many. We are so lucky to have you and can't wait to watch you grow.

Big Boy Bed

 Since the kids are sharing a room it was time to move Britt to a big boy bed. We decided to take the side off his crib first so it wasn't such a big change. The first night he fell off the bed at 9 pm and it woke him up, then at 3 am I went in to check on him and he was on the floor but still asleep  so I just got him a blanket and left him there. In the morning I went in to check on him and couldn't find him anywhere talk about a panic, but I found him under his bed just sleeping away. Britt has always been a good sleeper and change hasn't bothered him much. When he woke up he hurried and jumped into his bed like he had been there the whole time silly boy. We finally got his big boy bed together and he loves that he can climb into it all by himself. When it's time for bed we say jump in bed and that's what he does I am so lucky to have such a good boy. We got the crib all put together for sister and her side of the room ready for her to come. I also made her a quilt for her crib I really like the way it turned out and I love the bright colors.

4th of July

 The 4th of July we went over to grandma and grandpa Asay's to light off fireworks with all the cousin's. There was a rain storm right before we did fireworks so there was puddles of water everywhere and Britt got a little wet. Our fireworks didn't last long this year because the rain stared up again and it got to cold. Britt wanted to be just like all the big kids and do everything they were doing. His favorite were the snaps he would throw them down but if they didn't go off he would stomp on them.
