Putting up the tree

For family home evening we put up our Christmas tree. Britt loved when the lights started to come on. He also liked taking off the ornaments better then putting them on but by the end he was a really good helper. Paige loved looking around at what was going on. I love when it starts to look like Christmas and have the glow of the Christmas lights at night.

Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving we got to go to Asay's for dinner then to Robins for dessert we are so greatful to have all our family so close and get to see everyone.  We all have so much to be thankful for. I am blessed to have such good kids and a husband who loves and supports me.

Helping with cows

We all went over to grandma and grandpa Asay's to help work cows. It was a little chilly out so we had to bundle up. Britt and Landon were all ready to go and they were not happy when it was time to come back inside.  I didn't get a picture of the men at work with the cows, but the kids were having so much fun and were so cute.

I just got a new phone and Britt most of all likes to take pictures and look at himself on the camera it's so cute. In this picture  Britt is waiting for Daniel to come pick him up to go on a 4 wheeler ride. Britt doesn't care how cold it is outside if he gets to be with dad he is happy.

Happy Halloween

This year for Halloween we had a cowboy and a cow at our house. Britt didn't care much for his vest and didn't want his handkerchief until his dad put his on then it was cool, but he loved his hat and gun two things a cowboy needs. Paige was the cutest cow I have ever seen and for the most part she woke up at every stop so all the grandma and grandpas could see her cute outfit. 

Carving pumpkins

This year we were lucky enough to get a pumpkin from Grandma Asay and Grandma Dorothy. They grow some good   pumpkins this year.  For family home evening we carved our pumpkins Britt didn't mind getting his hands dirty at all. Our pumpkins turned out good and now we are ready for Halloween.

It was such a nice day out we decided to go to the park. We know we won't have very many more days like this so we are taking advantage of it. Britt loved being outside he even went down the slide all by himself. Paige also loves being outside also and was kicking and laughing the whole time. We love this nice weather in October.
